I had a great experience with Dr. Chan and his team when I came in for a consultation. His staff is very welcoming and accommodating and the office is very clean. My consultation went smoothly and all my questions were answered. Dr. Chan is very knowledgeable and I’m looking forward to starting adult braces in his practice. Jennifer was so kind and enthusiastic and made sure that with each thing she did we went at a pace that was comfortable for me!(: It’s been 6 years that I’ve had my braces and this is a bittersweet day because the staff at Richard Chan Orthodontics has become like family.

I highly recommend Dr. Chan and the entire staff at Richard Chan Orthodontics. Dr. Chan goes above and beyond and we will definitely go back to Dr. Chan if we have any orthodontic needs in the future. My sons teeth look great and we are very pleased.

Ever since I started coming about 2 years ago, the staff was always welcoming. Every time I came they would all say hi and they actually care about how you’re doing. Ive grown a bond with the people at the desk and people who I would see for my treatment. I left with a beautiful smile, all thanks to Dr. Chan, 100% would recommend.

I love Dr. Chan and everything he has done for my kids! I love that he loves people enough to help us out with payment plans, retainers, and guarantees he provides to his patients and don’t even get me started on the amazing front desk people! Belle is amazing I love to see her smiling face at the office and she is so sweet and polite! I would recommend anyone who needs to have braces to come here!!

I have to call them several times to set up my appointment for extraction. They said they will call back. No one do that. But at last the doctor called back and explain the problem. Everyone is busy, communication is still very important

With massage chairs in both offices, it doesn't matter which one I make an appointment at lol It's not only the modern office, equipment and technology (which I love too) but it is the entire team of Receptionist, Ortho Assistants, and the Dentist himself whom I love and loved from day one! Everyone is so very skilled and knowledgeable but equally important they are very genuine people. Dr. Richard Chan has the most soothing voice as soon as he begins to speak I lose the anxiety....may sound funny but it is the honest truth! I consider reviews for services and products often so I wanted to share...please don't take a risk going anywhere else!

We were super happy with our experience and the results at Richard Chan Orthodontics!! He took a cute little mouth crowded with teeth and turned it into a beautiful, straight smile!! He was able to do this in one set of braces, in the expected timeline (2 years), without any extractions. His staff is super friendly and helpful, it was so easy to get appointments when we needed, and there were only good surprises. His offices are comfortable (massage chairs and drinks for the waiting moms? Yes, please! Kid room to entertain little siblings? Check!). He also hosts fantastic Patient Appreciation Events!! Dr. Chan is an excellent orthodontist, straightforward, and I never felt like I was pushed into anything. He did a wonderful job on my daughter's teeth and I will certainly be back for the rest of my kids!

My family loves Richard Chan Orthodontics! Three of my children have had Dr. Chan put braces on their teeth, fix bite issues, etc. and we have been so pleased with the results. Dr. Chan and his staff are so pleasant and fun to work with! My youngest children love hanging out in Dr. Chan's children's area while waiting for their older siblings' braces adjustments. We also love joining Dr. Chan and his staff at the fun picnics and other activities that his office so generously hosts during the year. I also feel like his services are reasonably priced. My children have beautiful teeth now! I highly recommend Richard Chan Orthodontics to all of my friends!

Great office! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, and we never have to wait past our appointment time. They also have a separate side room for younger siblings to play or to watch a movie in, which is great for entertaining little ones. AND they have massaging chairs in the waiting room to use while you wait for your child to get done.

We had a great experience with Dr. Chan and his staff. My teenage son needed braces and after meeting Dr. Chan we felt like he and his staff were a good fit for our family. Our appointments always started on time, we were given realistic times to expect results, and the atmosphere was always friendly and positive. My son is now out of braces and his teeth look fantastic! And he is continuing the good dental hygiene habits Dr. Chan and his staff taught him. We definitely recommend Chan Orthodontics!

Dr Chan is a detail oriented, professional and caring orthodontist. We have been part of their 'family' for a few years now and the ladies at front desk always accommodating and friendly as well. Im very happy with both of my daughters care there and would recommended him whole heartedly.

Horrible experience. Dr. Chan was very uncompassinate towards my situation, which had everything to do with my orthodontic treatment. Definitely would not recommend to family, friends or even strangers.In response to your answer. No good resolution was made with you Dr. Chan. I'm not sure why you would say that. Some people just can't admit they make mistakes I guess. Nobody's perfect.
